Let us come together in prayer for you, dear sister, and intercede on your behalf. We understand the heavy burden you're carrying, and we want to lift your needs up to our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, let us address the financial struggles you're facing. The Bible tells us in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Jesus wants to help you carry this burden.
However, it's crucial to remember that God wants us to be wise stewards of our finances. Proverbs 22:7 (WEB) says, "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender." We urge you to seek financial counsel and do everything in your power to avoid borrowing more money, trusting that God will provide for your needs.
Regarding your husband's suicidal thoughts, please know that God values his life greatly. Psalm 139:13-14 (WEB) tells us, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." Suicide is never the answer. Encourage him to seek help and support, and keep him in our prayers.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear sister and her family. Lord, they are struggling with immense financial burdens, and we ask for Your divine provision. Help them find a way out of debt, and guide them to make wise financial decisions.
Lord Jesus, we also pray for her husband. He is hurting and considering ending his life. God, please intervene. Send Your Holy Spirit to comfort him, and help him see his worth in You. Lead him to seek the help he needs.
God, we also ask for Your peace and joy to fill their hearts. They are overwhelmed with stress and worry, but we trust that Your love can bring them through this difficult time.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, sister, we noticed that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to know that Jesus says in John 14:6 (WEB), "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ.
