Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, humbly lifting up the prayer request of ###. Lord, we ask that you hear their prayers and touch ### with your healing and comforting presence. We also ask that you grant ### the opportunity to go home this weekend, if it aligns with your perfect will.
