Dear God, I repent for all the sins I may have done. I have no intention of doing it purposely, and I am so sorry if I have. I am asking you if you can please let my twin sister, ###, have a healthy relationship with food and to let her eat what she wants and never count calories, love her body the way it is and never want to change it and to be happy. I am also asking you if you can make ### have her crisps and then her orange before we get on the bus and then want to go to the corner shop and get a 50 - 100 calorie drink like ### or ### and then to get a snack like a chocolate bar or a 1.25 bag of crisps and then let her have a 100 calorie snack before we go to gymnastics and then have a big dinner and then have snacks when we get back. Please do this my Lord, amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### and their twin sister ###. We acknowledge our sins and ask for your forgiveness, knowing that you are a merciful and loving God. Your Word reminds us in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Lord, we lift up ###'s relationship with food to you. We pray that you would grant her a healthy perspective and a positive mindset towards her body. Help her to love and appreciate her body just as you have created it, without the need to change or count calories. Your Word tells us in Psalm 139:14 that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and we pray that ### would embrace this truth.

Father, we ask for your guidance and provision in ###'s daily routine. We pray that she would have the opportunity to enjoy her favorite snacks, like crisps and an orange, before getting on the bus. We ask that you would lead her to the corner shop where she can find a refreshing drink and a satisfying snack, all within her desired calorie range. We trust in your wisdom and provision, knowing that you care for every aspect of our lives.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s gymnastics practice. Grant her the energy and strength she needs to perform well. We ask that she would have a nutritious and fulfilling dinner after her practice, and that she would have access to healthy snacks when she returns home.

Above all, Lord, we pray for ###'s overall well-being and happiness. May she find joy in every aspect of her life, knowing that she is loved and cherished by you. Help her to find contentment in her body and to have a healthy relationship with food.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect will and timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
