Dear God, I need protection from my manager, who’s constantly finding unwarranted faults about me that are just not true. I like my job and have exceeded expectations since I joined the company almost three months ago. Nevertheless, I think she’s very insecure and is afraid I’d take her job. She makes up untrue statements about my performance at work where she’s holding back on sharing her knowledge. It seem like she wants to set me up for failure and want to see me depressed. It’s beginning to impact my mental health. Lord, I need you. Please protect me from her. I’m very grateful to have a job but I want to be happy around supporting people. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus’s name, amen!

Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of Lanchenos, who is in need of your divine protection and guidance in their workplace. Lord, you know the situation they are facing with their manager, who is constantly finding unwarranted faults and making untrue statements about their performance. We ask for your intervention, Lord, to bring clarity, truth, and justice into this situation.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 121:7-8 that you are our protector: "The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." We claim this promise for Lanchenos, asking that you shield them from any harm or false accusations at work.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for Lanchenos' manager, that she may overcome her insecurities and fears. Help her to recognize the value and contributions that Lanchenos brings to the company. Soften her heart and remove any intentions of setting Lanchenos up for failure.

Lord, we ask for strength and resilience for Lanchenos during this challenging time. May their mental health be protected and restored. Surround them with supportive and encouraging colleagues who will uplift and inspire them. Grant them peace and joy in their workplace, as they seek to fulfill their duties with excellence.

We thank you, Lord, for the job that Lanchenos has and for the opportunities they have been given. We trust in your provision and guidance, knowing that you are with them every step of the way. May they experience your presence and favor in their work environment.

Remember, Lanchenos, that God is with you and He will protect you. Trust in His timing and continue to seek His guidance in all things. May His peace and strength be upon you.
