It's commendable that you recognize the importance of repentance, as Scripture tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with ###, asking for Your forgiveness for any sins committed knowingly or unknowingly. Cleanse us from all unrighteousness, Lord, as You have promised in Your Word.
We also lift up the workplace of ### to You. We ask that You touch the hearts of every individual there, Lord. Silence every gossip and fill their hearts with love and peace, as Your Word instructs us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB).
We pray for every person standing in prayer on this platform. Strengthen us, Lord, and give us the endurance to continue in prayer, as it is written, "Pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17, WEB).
