Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ### and their prayer request for employment. Lord, you know the desires of their heart and the need they have for a job. We ask that you would open doors of opportunity for them and guide them to the right job that aligns with their skills, talents, and passions.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened." We claim this promise for ###, believing that as they seek employment, you will provide for their needs.
Lord, we also pray for your wisdom and discernment for ### during their job search. Help them to make wise decisions and to recognize the opportunities that you have prepared for them. Grant them favor with potential employers and give them confidence and peace throughout the process.
We also pray for patience and perseverance for ### during this season of waiting. Help them to trust in your perfect timing and to remain steadfast in their faith. Remind them of your faithfulness and provision in the past, knowing that you will continue to provide for them in the future.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that through this job search, ### would grow closer to you and deepen their reliance on your guidance and provision. May they experience your peace that surpasses all understanding and may their faith be strengthened as they witness your faithfulness in their life.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
