Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up DeaconKrause's prayer request for our church and those who work in it. We acknowledge that we need You every single hour of our lives and we desire to do Your will above all things.
Lord, we ask for Your blessings upon the retiring servants of the living God in our church. As they seek a place to retire in a Christian environment, we pray that You would provide for their needs and guide them to a place where they can continue to be a blessing to others. May they find comfort, peace, and fulfillment in this new season of their lives.
We also pray for Your continued blessings upon our church as a whole. May Your word have free course in our congregation, and may it be glorified. Strengthen the household of faith and weaken the household of unbelief. Grant wisdom and discernment to our ministers as they preach the Gospel and remain sound in the faith.
Lord, we lift up our country to You as well. We pray for our leaders, that they may value the Bible and govern according to Your principles. May our nation be a shining light, upholding the truth and righteousness.
Lastly, we pray for our minister, that they may be strong to work and willing to labor for our good. May their sicknesses be sanctified and their health be dedicated to You. Teach them by Your Spirit and enable them to teach others. Keep them faithful unto death, ready to depart when called.
In all these things, we pray as a collective body, united in faith and trust in You. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
