We understand that you are seeking forgiveness and cleansing from sin, and you're also expressing gratitude for the good days you've experienced. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB).
Let's address the issues you've raised. You've mentioned struggling with the love of the flesh. In The Bible, the flesh, refers to our sinful human desires. The Scripture tells us, "For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary the one to the other: that ye may not do the things that ye would." (Galatians 5:17 WEB).
To overcome this struggle, we must walk in the Spirit. "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh." (Galatians 5:16 WEB). Lord, we ask that you cleanse us from all unrighteousness and help us to overcome the struggles we face particularly with the lusts of our flesh. Help us to walk in your Spirit, putting to death the deeds of the body, so that we may live for you.
