Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has submitted a prayer request regarding the DV lottery case number ###. Lord, we acknowledge that you are a God of mercy and grace, and we humbly ask for your favor and intervention in this situation.
