Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude for Your unending love and mercy. We thank You for the privilege of approaching Your throne of grace through the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. We lift up our dear brother or sister, ###, who is seeking Your divine protection and favor in the workplace.
Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You surround ### with Your mighty protection. Shield this person from any harm or malice that may come from colleagues or superiors. We know that in this world we will face trials and tribulations, but we take heart because You have overcome the world (John 16:33).
Father, we pray for peace in the workplace. Grant ### the wisdom to navigate these difficult situations with grace and humility. Your Word tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Help ### to respond with Christ-like love and patience, even when faced with unjust treatment.
We also ask for Your favor to rest upon ###. May this person find favor in the eyes of colleagues and superiors, just as Joseph found favor in the eyes of Pharaoh (Genesis 39:4). Let Your light shine through ### so that others may see the good works and glorify You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
Lord, we trust in Your promises and Your faithfulness. You have said that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). We stand on this promise and believe that You are with ###, guiding and protecting every step of the way.
We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
