Dear friends in Christ,

We lift up our dear sister ### to you, Lord Jesus, and we come before you with her prayer request. We ask that you would pour out your grace and strength upon her as she seeks to lose weight and improve her health. We acknowledge that she has been through a difficult and abusive marriage, and we pray for healing and restoration in her life.

Lord, we know that you are the source of all strength and that nothing is impossible for you. We ask that you would guide ### in making healthy choices and give her the discipline and motivation to stick to her weight loss journey. Help her to find comfort and satisfaction in you, rather than turning to food for solace.

We also pray for emotional healing from the pain and depression she has experienced. May your love and peace surround her, bringing healing and restoration to her heart and mind. Help her to find joy and contentment in you, knowing that she is fearfully and wonderfully made in your image.

Lord, we know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we ask that you would empower ### to take care of her body, which is a gift from you. Give her wisdom in making healthy choices and provide her with the resources and support she needs to achieve her weight loss goals.

We declare your promises over ###'s life, knowing that you are faithful to fulfill them. Your Word says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We believe that with your help, she can overcome any obstacles and achieve her desired weight.
