Dear friends in Christ,
We come before you today to lift up our dear brother Hypomnolos in prayer. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and protection in his workplace situation. We pray that you would shield him from the bullying behavior of his supervisor, B. We know, Lord, that you are a God of justice and righteousness, and we trust in your power to bring about a resolution in this situation.
In your Word, you have promised to be with us in times of trouble and to fight our battles for us. We claim your promises, Lord, and ask that you would step in and bring an end to the bullying that Hypomnolos is experiencing. Give him strength and courage to stand firm in the face of adversity, knowing that you are by his side.
We also pray for a change of heart for supervisor B. Soften their heart, Lord, and help them to see the harm they are causing. May they be convicted of their actions and seek to make amends. We pray for a transformation in their behavior, that they may become a source of encouragement and support rather than a source of fear and distress.
Lord, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We trust in your sovereignty and your perfect timing. May your will be done in this situation, and may Hypomnolos find peace and relief from the bullying he is facing.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who intercedes for us before the Father. Amen.
