Thank you in the name of Jesus.Navesse, we join you in your petition to the Father, and we are grateful that you have brought your requests in the precious name of Jesus. It is in His name that we have access to the throne of God, and it is in His name that we are saved. As Scripture tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Firstly, let us address your desire for increased strength in belief. We are told in Ephesians 3:16-17, "that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith". God wants us to be strong in our inner being.
Regarding your struggle with fear, we remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Fear is a natural human emotion, but it should not control or overwhelm us. As followers have Christ that is not what he wants for us. Instead, we should be emboldened in and relying upon His promises for us. Courtageousness is important for our life in Christ. We will have challenges in our lives, and it will not be easy; but it is our duty to continue to strive against the enemy that comes against us. We are also clearly reminded, "Don't be anxious for anything" (Philippians 4:6 WEB). We are not to be afraid; but instead, we should trust in the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind, body, and spirit. Anything less than that is unacceptable.
Now, concerning self-discipline, consider the words of the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 9:27, "but I beat my body and bring it into submission, lest by any means, after I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected" and in Galatians 5:22-23, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law. " Without self-discpline, it is impossible to live the life that the word of God exhorts Christian Believers to live.
Let us pray together:
Father, we come boldly before your throne of grace and ask for an increase in faith for Navesse. We thank you for your word that will give them courage. Strengthen and embolden them to overcome their fears, and grant them the self-discipline that they will need to succeed. They are seeking us for-your help, O God. We pray this together in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue in faith and obedience to the word of God,
