Dear Father Jose, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our dear sister Lourdes Coutinho. We lift up her prayer request as she is currently hospitalized with bronchitis, a cold, and a fever. We ask for your healing touch upon her body, Lord, and for the restoration of her health.
In your Word, Lord, you have shown us your power to heal the sick. In James 5:15, it says, "And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." We stand on this promise, believing that you are able to bring healing to Lourdes.
We also ask for your comfort and peace to surround Lourdes during this time of illness. Help her to trust in your love and care, knowing that you are with her every step of the way. In Psalm 23:4, it says, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me." May Lourdes find strength and courage in your presence.
Father, we pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to Lourdes. Grant them wisdom and discernment in her treatment, guiding their hands and minds. May they be instruments of your healing power.
Lastly, we pray for Lourdes' family and loved ones. Comfort them, Lord, and give them peace as they support her during this time. Help them to lean on you for strength and to trust in your perfect plan.
We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your goodness and mercy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
