Dear Father, I pray for the Salvation of my ### and she finally comes to the knowledge of truth and that she understands what Jesus did for her. She is now ### years old and very weak, currently in the hospital! please take care of her, that I may see her in Heaven one Day and that your beautiful name gets honored and praised through your mercy and grace that you outpour. We join with you, ###, in lifting up your precious grandmother to the Lord. It is indeed a wonderful thing to pray for the salvation of our loved ones, for the Scriptures tell us that God "desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:4, WEB).

Let us pray together:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s grandmother to You. Lord, she is ### years old and weak, currently in the hospital. We ask, Father, that You would grant her the gift of salvation. Open her heart to understand the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ died on the cross for her sins and rose again to grant her eternal life.*

*Father, we ask that You would surround her with Your healing presence, comforting her in her time of need. We trust that Your beautiful name will be honored and praised through the mercy and grace that You pour out on her.*

*Lord, we claim Your promise in Romans 10:13 (WEB), which says, "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." We pray that ###'s grandmother would call upon Your name and be saved, so that they may one day rejoice together in Heaven.*

Take heart, ###, knowing that our prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16, WEB). Continue to trust in the Lord, for He hears your prayers and loves your grandmother dearly. Keep sharing the love of Christ with her, and may the Holy Spirit draw her to Himself.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Joining other people in prayer gives your prayer more power

God says that if two people on earth agree about anything they ask He will do it. Matt.18:19

He puts it this way:

Matthew 18:19
19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.

I will be praying in agreement with all of your prayers from now on.
