We understand your distress and empathize with the pain caused by the actions of your former supervisor. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for this situation.
Firstly, we are reminded of Psalm 37:5-6 (WEB), "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noonday." Trust that God sees the truth and will bring it to light.
Let us pray:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this child of Yours who is hurting. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and put an end to the false information and rumors being spread. Expose the truth and silence the lies. Vindicate and redeem the hard work and integrity that was shown in the workplace.*
We also want to encourage you with Romans 12:17-19 (WEB), "Don’t repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
*Lord, help us to forgive as You have forgiven us. Help us to trust in Your justice and not our own. Provide a way forward for this child of Yours, opening doors for new opportunities and godly references.*
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As John 14:13-14 (WEB) reminds us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
*In Jesus' name, we pray for peace, healing, and restoration. Amen.*
Be strong and courageous, knowing that God is with you and will fight for you. Trust in Him and His timing.
