Dear Father, Be with my son on his Cell Biology quiz today. Help him to do his very best as he begins his senior year in college. Thank You for being with him up to this point and enabling him to do well so far. I ask that You would guide and direct my son this year. Keep him safe from all harm. I ask for favor for my daughter as she begins her freshman year studying architecture. I ask especially that You would give her favor with her TA who grades her assignments. Give her a good relationship with him and her professors. Be with her in all she does. Ease her home-sickness and help me not to miss my baby girl quite so much. Be with my best friend, Janet, as she undergoes another procedure today. Heal her from this devastating cancer which is robbing her of stability and health. I ask that You would heal her broken body and give her renewed vigor and longevity. In the name of the One who protects, guards, guides, and heals. Amen.

Bless me to let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in the Lord, seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the enemy of my soul.
