We are deeply saddened to hear about your friend ###'s advanced stage of cancer. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's mercy and healing.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through the name of Jesus that we approach God with our requests.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon ###. We pray that Your power would overwhelm this disease and restore his health. We ask for peace and strength for him and his family during this challenging time.
We also pray for his salvation, Lord. If ### does not yet know Jesus as his Savior, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to him, that he may come to faith in You. We know that it is only through faith in Jesus that we can be saved, as Scripture tells us, "for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
May God's will be done in ###'s life, and may this trial draw him closer to the Lord. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to heal, Lord Jesus. Amen.
