Dear brothers and sisters, Please pray for me. I have a serious spending problem that is breaking my bank financially. I am struggling financially and need God’s breakthrough. I am spending more money than I have and am struggling to save. Everything is so expensive because I’m saving up for a car and driving lessons but my salary does not cover this. I pray for a pay rise or promotion and most importantly that I stop spending. Please help me. I need God’s help as no one can help me but God. God, I am sorry for my sins and my spending. I overspend and want your supernatural support to help me stop. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with financial difficulties and a spending problem. Lord, we acknowledge that You are our Provider and that all good things come from You. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this situation.

Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that You will provide for our brother or sister's needs, granting them wisdom and self-control in their spending habits. Help them to manage their finances wisely and to prioritize their needs over their wants.

Lord, we also ask for a breakthrough in their financial situation. If it is Your will, we pray for a pay rise or promotion that will help them meet their financial goals, including saving for a car and driving lessons. We trust in Your perfect timing and provision.

Father, we ask for forgiveness for any sins related to overspending and financial mismanagement. We know that You are a merciful and forgiving God. Help our brother or sister to turn away from these habits and to rely on Your strength to overcome them.

In James 1:5, it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We pray for Your wisdom to be upon our brother or sister, guiding them in every financial decision they make.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the work You are already doing in their life. We trust in Your unfailing love and provision.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
