Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for my physical, spiritual, and financial health. I’m recovering from a serious medical condition which nearly killed me about a year ago. It’s only by the Grace of God that I’m still alive. Praise God! Not only am I still alive, but after being backslidden for more time than I care to admit, God has drawn me back into fellowship with Him. There is power in prayer. Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and praise. We thank You for Your grace and mercy that have sustained our dear brother/sister through a serious medical condition. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases." We praise You for the healing and the restoration of fellowship with You.

Lord, we lift up our brother/sister’s physical, spiritual, and financial health. We ask that You continue to provide strength and healing, as promised in Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

We also bring before You Hazel, who is struggling with despair. We ask for Your comfort and peace to surround Hazel, as You have promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."

May Your Holy Spirit move in each of their lives, bringing healing, comfort, and guidance. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we ask that You place the names of those who need prayer on our hearts, so we may lift them up continually. We trust in Your sovereign will and ask that it be done in all our lives. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
