Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name, we come to you on behalf of ###. We thank you for your grace and mercy in his life. We ask that you would heal his body, mind, and soul and restore him to full health. We ask that you would provide him with strength and courage to face the challenges he is facing. We ask that you would grant him a speedy recovery and allow him to return home soon to be with family and friends, and his beloved dog.
