Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me and ask God to keep me safe and strong. It’s been over 24 hours since I had my last drink and I feeling some of the withdrawal symptoms. Dizziness and weakness are the worst. Please ask God to restore my strength and stamina and give the means to successfully quit drinking this time. I ask this in the Name of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost. Amen.

I became free of alcohol addiction in Jan 2018---- sometimes all i could do was hide my face and say "Jesus help me" till it passed ( and it did pass, always) in the meantime repair your body which will help more than you may realize... and get these vitamins to help --- draw on Gods strength as we have none in ourselves- i will keep you in my prayers ....... be most careful what "thoughts" you allow in and you will need to "cut out" people in your life who you once were party buds if you haven't already... those 2 things were for me the MOST necessary to my sobriety.... again God Bless- B vitamins :...individuals fighting with alcohol addiction can safely take B1 (thiamine). A multivitamin can also provide an adequate dosage of B2 (riboflavin) and B6 (pyridoxine).
Vitamin C....a vitamin C deficiency will make you feel fatigued or depressed. These are the opposite of what you want when you’re already facing withdrawal symptoms.
Omega-3 for depression. Milk Thistle for your liver"

God deal with all my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love, and care about.
