Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me. I'm hurting right now. I've been sober for about 6 days now. I'd still like a drink, but I won't take one. My withdrawal symptoms are sticking around and making me feel miserable. Please ask God to keep me safe and heal me. Please ask Him to perform a miracle in my life and restore my strength, stamina, balance, endurance, and ability to think logically. I ask this all in Jesus Name. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
