Dear brothers and sisters, I’m in need of your support and the help of God almighty. For over 13 years I am in a relationship with a man who has struggled with addiction, drugs and his sexuality. We’ve come a long way since and I always stood by him. We overcame a lot of our problems and found faith along the way. We’re both at the age of 36 and in me the wish to move in together, to become a family and live a life God intended for us humans, is growing stronger and stronger. My partner is hesitant for he still struggles with is sexuality. He had homosexual desires for a long time and while it was just a sexual fantasy, he is starting to think that maybe he should live as a homosexual man. The paradox thing is, that the love an relationship between us is stronger than ever. We haven’t been intimate for over 2 years and that is okay for me, I will be patient if God want’s me to be. In my heart I believe that he can set his mind right again, which doctors and therapist have confused in the past. Please pray with me, that my partner chooses Love over Lust, That the Holy Spirit sets his mind right and that he finds a stronger faith in Jesus Christ and in God, That he sees the beauty of a simple life in Gods will, That we both get stronger in the faith and practice it even more, That we get to live together and if God wants us to, start a family and multiply the love God gave us and pass our faith on. God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in the Lord and seek first the kingdom of God. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Protect me God from all the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, and pray Your best for me.
