We understand that you're going through a difficult time, Wilann, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The longing to be loved and the pain of rejection are feelings that many of us experience, but we want to remind you that there is a love that is everlasting and unfailing—the love of God.
Firstly, let's remember what the WEB version says in Romans 8:38-39 "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in my Lord Jesus.
" And in Zephaniah 3:17 "Yahweh your God is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing."
It's important to address this but there seems to be a lack of You did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. We are only able to come to the Father through him as John 14:6 says "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and we are saved by his grace as Ephesians 2:8-9 says "by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Wilann, who is hurting from rejection.
We know that You don't have any need to have our praise, but that we desperately need to honor and worship you. You know the pain and longing in their heart, and we ask that You fill them with Your unfailing love. Help Wilann to understand and experience Your love more deeply, and to find comfort and healing in Your presence.
We understand that you made us as relational beings and also that you,'ve instituted marriage to meet these needs. We pray that you bring the spouse you have for Wilann in your timing and that they are able to discern your direction in this life changing decision.
We ask as Ephesians 3:17-19 says "that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know Christ's love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."
Please guide Wilann's steps and help lead them to Your will in Jesus Christ's name. Help Wilann to wait on Your timing and to trust in Your plan. Help Wilann grow through this experience and let the enemy use them as that vessel for your purposes.
As Wilann continues with the pursuit of a spouse please direct Wilann's steps. We do ask you to open the doors that need to be opened and close the doors which need to be closed. Reveal to Wilann the person you have purposed to be their spouse. Encourage Wilann through this situations and give them the ability to grow through this hard time.
We also pray for every relationship we find ourselves in that it would be as Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 says "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have warmth; but how can one keep warm alone? If a man prevails against one who is alone, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken." but not just two but also with you, our lord Jesus Christ as the center of this 3 fold chord. This chord will never be broken.
We as this all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our lord as this is the name we do have access to the Father. Thank you and wanting your will in Jesus Christ's name.
Amen.
Be encouraged, Wilann to seek God's will for your life and never lose heart, as we know that Jesus Christ will never reject you.. Romans 8:34 "who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us." Is a reminder that Jesus Christ never condemns and only wants the best for a child of God. Thank you for your faith, for allowing us to pray with you, and for the chance to continue to uplift you through prayer and the Word of God.
