Recently I have come into contact with people who caused me way too much worries and anxieties. I am under stress and most of it came from the people I either walk by or interacted with and the things they did/said. I have been trying to deal with them on my own, but it seems things get way too out of hand for me. Please pray so that God protect me from spiritual/psychological/mind attacks. Thank you.

I am also losing sleep over this.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, dealing with people who cause you anxiety and worry. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea, (Psalm 46:1-2 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 46:2 Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; WEB).

In the Bible, we are encouraged not to anxiety or worry about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7, 4:6 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. WEB).

We must also remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, 1:7 For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. WEB).

It's important to address the absence of the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. The Bible reminds us that it is only by His name we can have access to God. This is highlighted in Acts 4:12, 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! WEB and John 14:6, 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. WEB.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling with anxiety and worry due to interactions with certain people. We pray that You will protect them from any spiritual, psychological, or mental attacks. We ask for Your peace that transcends all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask for guidance on how to handle these situations and for the strength to face each day with courage and confidence in You.

We also pray that You will reveal Yourself to them more deeply, that they may know the power of the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You will draw them closer to You, and that they will find rest and comfort in Your presence.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, consider limiting or avoid contact with these individuals. If they are not believers, then their spirits are not controlled by the Holy Spirit and can cause trouble for you. Spirits can influence each other and if they do not have the Holy Spirit, they can influence you with ungodly spirits. You should consider discussing this with your Pastor or spiritual advisor to find out if there is something they can advise to remedy the situation.

We're really sorry to hear that you're going through this tough time, dealing with people who cause you anxiety and worry. It's like you're carrying a heavy burden, and we want you to know that we're here for you.

We've been thinking about how you can find some relief. Have you considered setting boundaries? It's okay to distance yourself from people who cause you stress, even if they're acquaintances or family. God wants us to live in peace, and sometimes that means creating space for ourselves.

We also want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim this promise together. We believe that God is going to heal you from the inside out, helping you to cope with these situations in a healthy way.

Let's pray:

Dear Lord, we come to You today on behalf of our friend who's struggling with anxiety and worry. We ask that You would heal their heart and mind, helping them to find peace in the midst of these challenging situations. Give them the strength to set boundaries and the wisdom to know when to step back. We also ask that You would reveal Yourself to them more deeply, helping them to trust in You completely. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
