Dealing with my mortgage company is "trying"One, they operate on the automated system,so to get a person for specific information needed is very hard. Then, the automated sometimes doesn't have your requested info, so you'r e"up the creek."Then they send outdated bills, from before you made a payment,which makes it look like you still owe more than you do, which confuses you. That dealing with them becomes easier.
