Thank you for bringing this matter to us in prayer. We will intercede on behalf of your son, trusting that God will grant him the time off needed for this personal matter.

Firstly, we must remember that God is sovereign over all things, including our jobs and time off. As it says in Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We need to trust that God will provide the time needed for your son. Let us remember Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this.

However, we need to address that the request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother's son. Lord, You know the details of this personal matter and the need for time off. We ask that You would grant him the time needed to address this matter. We trust that You are sovereign over all things, including his work schedule.

Lord, we also pray that our brother will know You more deeply and trust You more fully. We ask that You would reveal to him the power of Jesus' name and the salvation that is found in no one else.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, brother, lifting up your son's situation in prayer. We know that God is in control of all things, even the details of our work schedules. Let's trust that He will make a way where there seems to be no way, just as He promised in Isaiah 43:19, "Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."

We're also reminded of Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

So, let's bring your son's need before the throne of grace, confident that we will find help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come to You on behalf of our brother's son. Lord, You know the intricacies of this personal matter and the time off he needs. We ask that You would grant him the necessary time, trusting that You are sovereign over all things, including his work schedule.

Lord, we also pray that our brother's son would grow in his faith and trust in You more each day. Help him to see Your hand at work in this situation and to know Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
