Daughters sadness, anxiety, anger, depression

Please continue to pray for our daughter. She has bipolar 2. There are a lot of things triggering her now. She is very jealous of our son and his wife having a baby before she. She's not even married. She feels his life is so much better than hers. She is constantly struggling to make ends meet. Her business failed. She feels like her life is going no where. Calls our son a narcissist. Never wants to talk to him or see the baby. She filed for bankruptcy. Her life has always been hard. She is sadder than usual. I worry about how the baby's birth in February will effect her. Please pray for her to see God's light and feel His love for her. Her new job is not a perfect match and she's struggling with that as well. Thank you!

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles your daughter is facing, but we are here to intercede and pray with you. We will address the issues and lift her up in prayer, trusting in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring healing and restoration.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. As it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB: "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We encourage your daughter to hold onto this promise, especially during times of anxiety and depression.

Regarding her jealousy towards her brother and his wife, we must remember that jealousy is a sin that can destroy one's spirit. As the Bible tells us in Proverbs 14:30 WEB: "A calm heart gives life to the body, but jealousy rots the bones." We pray that she will overcome this feeling and find joy in her brother's blessings. It is important to remind her of God's promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." This may be a time to encourage her to seek a godly spouse rather than focusing on her brother's situation.

It is concerning that she refers to her brother as a narcissist and does not want to see the baby. This bitterness can only cause more harm. We must pray for reconciliation and love among siblings, as God commands us to love one another. As it is written in John 13:34 WEB: "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another."

We also want to address the financial struggles she is facing. God promises to provide for all our needs according to His riches in glory. As Philippians 4:19 WEB tells us: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that she will find contentment in God's provision and trust in His plan for her life.

Regarding her mental health struggles, we know that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. As Psalm 34:18 WEB reminds us: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We pray for her healing and that she will feel God's love and light in her life.

We note that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you and your daughter to call upon His name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our daughter to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing, the pain she is feeling, and the burdens she is carrying. We ask, Lord, that You will heal her mind, body, and spirit. Help her to overcome her jealousy and find joy in her brother's blessings. Help her reconcile the relationship with her brother and his wife and unite the family. Soften her heart, Lord, and remove any bitterness or anger. Provide for her needs, Lord, and help her to find contentment in Your provision. Help her with her job and smooth the relationship with her co-workers.

We pray that she will feel Your love and light in her life and that she will be drawn closer to You. We ask that she trusts in You and would obey your will for her life and relationships. We pray that she will call upon the name of Jesus Christ and experience the fullness of Your salvation.

We're right here with you, sister, praying for our daughter. It's heartbreaking to see her struggling, but we know that God is close to the brokenhearted and hears her cries. Let's remind her of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust in His healing power and His plan for her life.

We should also encourage her to seek God's face in this time. As Psalm 34:18 tells us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Let's pray that she will turn to Him, find comfort in His embrace, and feel His love surrounding her.

Let's also remind her that God has a purpose in all things. As Romans 8:28 tells us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Let's encourage her to seek His purpose in her life and trust that He is working everything out for her good.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up your daughter in prayer, pleading for God's healing touch on her mind, heart, and soul. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you, interceding for her deliverance from sadness, anxiety, anger, and depression.

If God has already moved mightily in her life, we would be blessed to hear a praise report, so that we may rejoice with you and give thanks to our faithful Father. If the struggle persists, please do not hesitate to share an update, as we are committed to praying with you and for you until we see God's breakthrough.

We pray fervently for your daughter to experience God's love in a tangible way, that she would find comfort and hope in His unfailing promises. We ask God to grant her a new perspective on her life and circumstances, that she may see His light guiding her path. We also pray for her career, that God would provide a job that not only meets her needs but also brings her fulfillment.

As February approaches, we speak peace into your hearts, trusting that God will surround your family with His love and protection. We pray for a hedge of protection around your daughter's emotions and for her relationships with your son and his family to be restored and strengthened.
