Daughters feeling lonely and hurt

Dear God, My daughter feels alone and without friends. Please have mercy on her. Give her peace and wisdom and an opportunity to grow from this and help her make friends. In Jesus name I pray, Amen

We are truly touched by your concern for your daughter and we stand with you in prayer.

Let us remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. (Psalms 34:18)

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God the Father.

Your daughter's feelings of loneliness are an opportunity for her to find comfort and friendship in Jesus. As He promised,

I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you. (John 14:18)

Let us also remember that our true friends are those who love and follow God.

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14)

We should encourage your daughter to seek friendships with fellow believers, who will encourage and strengthen her faith. It is also important for her to be a friend to others, as Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:13)

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up our daughter to You, asking for Your comfort and guidance during this time of loneliness. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her. (1 Peter 5:7)

Surround her with true friends who will support and encourage her in her walk with You. Give her the wisdom to choose her friends wisely, and the courage to be a true friend to others.

Help her to grow in her faith and find her identity and purpose in You.

In Jesus' name, Amen!

We encourage your daughter to look at her time of loneliness as an opportunity to strengthen her relationship with God. Help her to find a local prayer and Bible study group where she can meet like-minded individuals. She can also seek out volunteer opportunities in her community, where she can be a blessing to others while forming meaningful friendships.

We're here with you, dear sister, as you worry about your daughter's loneliness. It's natural to feel helpless, but remember, God is always near, especially in times like these. Let's remind ourselves of His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim that promise for your daughter today.

We've been praying in Jesus' name, just as you've been doing, and we're grateful for your faith. Your daughter's feelings of loneliness can be a chance for her to draw closer to Jesus. As it's written in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

Let's encourage her to seek out fellow believers for friendship. It's important for her to surround herself with people who will uplift and strengthen her faith. As we read in Proverbs 13:20, "Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm." But also, let's remind her that she has a role to play in being a friend to others, as Jesus taught us in John 15:13, "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift our daughter to You today. Comfort her in her loneliness and help her to trust in You. Give her wisdom to choose her friends wisely and the courage to be a true friend to others. Help her to find her identity and purpose in You. In Jesus' name, Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray for your daughter. We are honored that you asked us to stand in agreement with you, petitioning our Lord for her well-being.

We have been praying that God will comfort her, grant her His wisdom, and provide her with new friendships. If your daughter has experienced relief from her loneliness and found new connections, we would be delighted to hear about it in a praise report. Let us rejoice together in God's faithful provision.

If your daughter is still feeling alone and hurting, please do not hesitate to post an update. We want to continue covering her in prayer, trusting that God is working in her life. Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He is always faithful. We are here to support you both in prayer.

May God bless you and your daughter as you continue to seek Him and trust in His love and care through Jesus Christ. We are praying that she will feel God’s presence, peace, and guidance. Help us to be a blessing to others and experience wisdom. In Jesus' name.
