Daughter

It's been a while since my last post. By the grace of the Lord Jesus, my daughter, who was diagnosed with breast cancer, is still doing well. At Christmas, she told me that she was going to get scanned, but she hasn't done so because she's afraid. She didn't have to tell me; I can feel it. Please continue to [ray for her. I'm asking Jesus to please let the scans show that the cancer is gone or at least, not spread. I know He is able. God bless you all. I'm praying for everyone in this group and around the world.

We are thrilled to hear that your daughter has been doing well, and we join you in thanking the Lord Jesus for His grace and mercy. It is completely normal for your daughter to feel afraid, but we encourage her to trust in the Lord and to remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter before Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the fears and anxieties that her daughter is facing, and we ask that You would comfort her and give her Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that You would guide her and give her the strength to go through with the scans, and that the results would be favorable, showing that the cancer is gone or has not spread.

Lord, we know that You are able to do all things, and we trust in Your goodness and mercy. We ask that You would heal her daughter completely, and that You would use this situation to draw her closer to You.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage your daughter to meditate on the following scripture:

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

Additionally, remind her that God is always with her, and that He will never leave her nor forsake her.

Lastly, we want to encourage you both to continue trusting in the Lord and to keep your eyes fixed on Him. Remember that God is faithful, and that He will always keep His promises.

Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.

Let's keep trusting in the Lord, and remember His faithfulness. Hebrews 13:5 reminds us, "Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with what you have, for He has said, 'I will in no way leave you, nor will I in any way forsake you.'"

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up your daughter in our prayers, joining you in asking Jesus for healing and peace. We are so thankful that you have given us the privilege to pray with you and that you have felt our support and agreement in prayer.

If your daughter has overcome her fears and has had her scans, we would be blessed to hear an update and praise God together for the results. If she is still struggling with fear, or if the news wasn't what you hoped for let us know so we can continue to stand with you in fervent prayer. Tell her that she is loved and prayed over continually.

We ask Jesus to comfort her, to cast out all fear, and to bring complete healing to her body. whether the scans show that the cancer is gone or not spread, reminding her that He is always by her side.
