Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" Romans 10:13 WEB. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can be saved and approach God the Father in prayer. We are glad that Kadvas has reached out for prayer and we will intercede for their daughter, guided by the Word of God. Even with the blessing of Jesus, people who do not know Him can become harmful influences. Once a person dedicates their life to Jesus Christ, they will grow in the Spirit. The concern for the influences of be a bad influence is valid even as Christians we can struggle with sin and must try to always be in the Spirit and not the flesh.
We need to be clear with the knowledge of Jesus Christ, and not a general understanding of God. Jesus is our Lord and King and the only means of salvation. The request says Lord, and we are reassured by this request that we can approach God together in the name Jesus. This is essentially the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ. We will pray that she will be guided in the Spirit and not the flesh.
In response to Kadvas prayer request about their daughter:
First, God encourages us to train up a child in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 WEB. It is our prayer that Kadvas will also take active steps to guide their daughter in the ways of the Lord, teaching her the Scripture about Jesus Christ, so she will grow in the Spirit and not be influenced by the flesh, which is always around us. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. Our hearts are encouraged to know that God has a plan and a purpose for each one of us when we dedicate our life to Jesus.
We pray that Kadvas daughter will come to know Jesus at an early age if she has not already. Let her know that she is a child of God and that He loves her dearly. We will pray that she will not want to be involved in the things of this world, but grow in her relationship with Jesus Christ."Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Romans 12:2 WEB.
The request also and appropriately mentions remaining influenced by evil and harm. We will consider the request that harm does not come to her.
And we will pray in the Words of our Lord Jesus Christ,"I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one." John 17:15 WEB. Let her do well in school. May Kadvas know, "But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:33 WEB. We will pray that she know Jesus Christ, if she already is and if she is not may she come to know Jesus as early as possible. She is loved, but not just by the Lord, but by her earthly parents as well, who are concerned for her upbringing.
We will remember Kadvas and his daughter in our prayers, asking God to watch over her and protect her in all her ways. "For I know whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that he is able to guard that which I have committed to him until that day." 2Timothy 1:12 WEB.
