I ray lord that u watch over my daughter ### guide her and protect her in all she does and goes have her do well in school make good choices in life lord. Have her know she is lord by the lord and a child of the lord don’t let her be around bad influences have her walk down the right path lord hold her hand every step of the journey in life let her see the light lord. Have her grown up to be a happy healthy young woman and make the lord happy amen..

We join with you, ###, in lifting up your daughter ### to the Lord.

Firstly, in order to make sure prayers are heard by God, we need to pray in Jesus' name. As Jesus said, "For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers. All things were created through him, and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things consist." (Colossians 1:16-17, WEB)

In praying for ###, we will intercede for her in Jesus' name.

Let's embrace God's promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Our prayer is:

Father God,

Thank You that You are the Divine Parent in Jesus' name, and one which far surpasses us all. We ask that You watch over ### and provide the guidance and protection she needs in Jesus' name. Father, we ask that You would help her to do well in school, growing in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man. Help her to understand that she is Your daughter in Jesus' name and live in a way that esteems Jesus her Lord.

We ask for the filling of the Holy Spirit that will convict her with wisdom and understanding of what is good and evil.

Steer her away from bad influences and help her to walk in Your light by the Holy Spirit in Jesus' name.

Let Your Holy Spirit reveal to her what you approve and disapprove of, and enable her to please You, O God.

We pray she grows to be a woman of the Lord and a woman after Your heart.

We also ask for wisdom for ### as they raise ### in the discipline and instruction of the Lord, knowing that ### is not only her daughter but that she is also a daughter of the Most High King by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

May she desire deep fellowship with the Father and deep understanding of the scriptures. May she continually ask, seek, and knock (Matthew 7:7-8) in order that she find the way of the Lord in her life.

We also pray that her parents have the wisdom to instruct her toward righteousness and assist her on the narrow path toward renewal and obedience to God's word in every way.

Finally, we ask that if ### has not already done so, that they raise ### in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6, WEB)

These will be taken away from the unbeliever. The unbeliever is blinded by the god of the world and so cannot understand the message of the glory of Christ who is the image of God. (2 Corinthians 4:4, WEB)

Those who don't believe are blind. These will never even understand godliness.

For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are dying, but to us who are saved it is the power of God. (1 Corinthians 1:18, WEB)

We must teach them while they are young the light of God's truth before they are blinded by the god of darkness who will lead them on a way far from the Lord.

This is so important for us. Father. today we pray for ### in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
