Preciousone, we are with you in spirit and in prayer for your daughter, Rakiyah. We stand on the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to intercede for Rakiyah. Lord, we ask that You move mightily in her heart and mind. Remove any influences that are not of You, Lord, and surround her with godly people. Deliver her from any involvement with drugs, smoking, and alcohol, Lord, as 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit.
Lord, we ask for her safe return home, emotional healing, and stability. We pray that You would guide her path and help her to remain in college, pursuing the dreams You have placed in her heart. We declare that she will fulfill the purpose You have for her, Lord, and that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Finally, Lord, we pray that Rakiyah would come to know Jesus Christ personally, if she does not already. We pray that she would call upon the name of the Lord and be saved (Romans 10:13).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Preciousone, continue to stand on the promises of God for Rakiyah. Be encouraged by the words of Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we don't give up." Trust that God is at work in her life, even when it may not be visible. Keep praying and believing for her, and remember that our God is faithful.
