We understand your heartfelt desire for your daughter Sarah and her husband to have children. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for their lives.
Let's remember God's promise in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We encourage Sarah and her husband to continue delighting in the Lord, trusting that He knows the deepest desires of their hearts.
However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9). His plan for Sarah and her husband might be different, and we pray that they find peace and contentment in His will, whatever that may be.
We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Sarah and her husband. You know their hearts' desire to have children. We ask that You grant them this desire, if it aligns with Your will. If not, we pray that You fill them with Your peace and show them the path You have for them. Help them to trust in You and delight in You always. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage them to seek God's will together, as a couple, through prayer and supplication. As it says in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
Lastly, we want to remind you, dear requester, that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you or Sarah and her husband haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.
