Let's urgently lift up Genesis
, the only believer in their family, against plots and spiritual warfare. "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms" (Eph 6:12). Pray for God's protection and deliverance. "No weapon forged against you will prevail" (Isa 54:17). Trusting God's shield and victory!

Dear Lord,
I cont. to pray for your Spirit to change the lives of A + M. You have blessed them in many ways, but they remain away from you spiritually. I cannot bear this. May their lack of belief be short-lived. If they don't receive the gospel from me, please send others from whom they will welcome it. Please do not allow them to remain in a spiritual eclipse; rather, speed up their rotation out of darkness + into the light.
It is esp. hard to see the truth when our culture welcomes unrighteousness + condemns righteousness. This is undoubtedly part of our nation's judgment. Please enlighten their eyes so they can see the truth. Unstop their spiritual ears so they hear your voice, recognize it, + welcome it. We must all be willing to deny ourselves to follow Christ, so I pray they will as well. Open their minds + hearts to receive, welcome + understand the Bible. May nothing get in the way of them following you. Straighten out any crooked or perverse thinking on their parts, as well as that of their peers.
In many ways, it seems that our nation is too far gone to come back from its rejection of you. Thankfully, you always preserve a faithful remnant. May A + M be part of that remnant before Jesus returns to judge us all.
In the meantime, protect us all from all forms of evil, harm, danger, etc. Give us courage + opportunities to tell others about you.
Protect their health, for reasons we've talked about. Add many, many layers of protection to their cells, so their DNA will not be changed or damaged.
Give them jobs that are best for them spiritually. Draw them away from adverse or demonic influences, whenever they are exposed to them. Send many Christians into their lives. May they choose you over the world + over their own preferences or ideologies.
May I never witness anything bad happen to them.
