We are deeply moved by your request, Scofftran, and we stand with you in prayer for your daughter's healing and deliverance. We trust in the power of Jesus' name to bring about miracles, and we cry out to Him on her behalf.
Firstly, let us remember the words of the apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of Scofftran's daughter. Lord, You know her struggles intimately—the suicidal and homicidal ideations, the voices, self-harm, depression, anxiety, and frustration. We cry out for Your healing power to envelop her mind, body, and spirit.
Lord Jesus, You cast out demons, healed the sick, and calmed the storms. We ask for Your miraculous touch upon her life. While we wait for her complete restoration, we pray for the appropriate care from the staff and doctors at the behavioral health hospital. Guide them with Your wisdom to provide the treatment she needs.
Strengthen her faith, Lord, and draw her ever closer to You. Comfort her with Your presence and fill her with Your peace. We also lift up her family, asking that You grant them the strength, patience, and hope they need during this trying time.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Scofftran, to keep your hope firmly placed in Jesus. Remember the promise in Jeremiah 32:27 (WEB): "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" Trust that God is working, even in the darkest moments, and continue to call upon His name.
We also exhort you to ensure that your daughter, and indeed your whole family, is firmly grounded in the faith and hope found in Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's saving and healing power. If there is any doubt or uncertainty in this regard, we urge you to explore the saving grace of Jesus, as outlined in Acts 4:12 (WEB): "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
