We are glad to join you in prayer and offer guidance for your daughter's situation. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is faithful, and we can trust Him with our careers and well-being. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Regarding your daughter's new job, we will pray that God would soften the hearts of the manager and assistant manager, giving them a spirit of cooperation and fairness. It's clear that they have not been supportive, but we trust that God can change even the most hardened hearts. As it says in Proverbs 21:1 WEB, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires."
We also want to address the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name we can be saved as stated in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up the daughter of the one who submitted this request to You. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing at her new job. We ask that You would intervene and change the hearts of the manager and assistant manager. Give them a spirit of cooperation and fairness.
Lord, we also pray for job confirmation and an excellent position for her. May she find favor in Your sight and in the sight of her employers. Guide her steps and give her wisdom in her workplace.
We also pray for the peace and comfort of the Holy Spirit to fill her life. May she feel Your presence and know that You are always with her, even in the struggles.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for the salvation of all involved. We realize how important it is to pray in Jesus' name. We all need a heart change. May this situation be used for Your glory, and may all involved come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears your prayers. Continue to trust in Him, and remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Lastly, keep in mind 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
