We understand your concern and hurt, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. Let's first turn to God's Word:
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." - Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)
Firstly, we want to remind you that God's will is always good, acceptable, and perfect (Romans 12:2). While you feel that the Lord isn't done with ### and ### yet, we must also be open to God's sovereignty, understanding that His plans may differ from ours.
However, we will pray for healing and spiritual growth for both ### and ###. If it is God's will, He can certainly restore their relationship and transform their hearts. But remember, our ultimate goal should be their individual spiritual well-being, not necessarily their relationship.
We must also address that the goal of any relationship should be a godly marriage (1 Corinthians 7:2). If ### and ### were involved in any immoral behavior, we rebuke that and pray for their repentance (Hebrews 13:4).
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###, ###, and ###. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on their hearts, and that Your will be done in their lives. We pray for spiritual renewal and transformation for both ### and ###. We ask that their hearts be open to Your love and guidance. If it is Your will, Lord, restore their relationship and make it a testimony of Your power and grace. But above all, let Your perfect will be accomplished in their lives.
Lord, we also lift up ###, asking for Your comfort and peace. Help them to trust in You, even in this difficult time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting God, even if the outcome isn't what you hope for. God is good, and He loves ###, ###, and you more than we can imagine.
