We are truly saddened to hear about this situation, and we want to lift up both you and your daughter in prayer. Firstly, we must address that the Bible is clear about the sanctity of life. Psalm 139:13-16 says, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn't hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them."
God is the giver of life, and He knows us even before we are born. We must trust in His sovereignty and pray for His will to be done. It's important to note that abortion is not a solution to the situation, and it is not in accordance with God's will. We should pray for your daughter to have a change of heart and for the father to take responsibility.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ and her daughter. Lord, You are the giver of life, and we trust in Your sovereignty. We pray for Your will to be done in this situation. We ask that You would touch the hearts of our sister's daughter and the father of the child. Give them the courage and strength to choose life for their unborn child. Help them to understand the sanctity of life and the blessing that this child can be.
We also pray for our sister, that You would give her comfort and peace during this time. Guide her as she supports her daughter, and give her the words to speak and the love to show that would point her daughter to You.
Lord, we also pray for theUnited States and the spirit of abortion that has swept the nation. We pray for repentance and a return to You. We pray for laws to be changed and for lives to be saved.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to pray and to trust in the Lord. He hears your prayers and He cares for you and your daughter. Stand on His promises and His word. Be open discussing this situation with your daughter and your family. Share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His love for everyone involved in this situation. Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God and salvation. It is only through Him that we are saved. Remain steadfast in your faith. God is good, and He is faithful.
