Thank you for sharing this request, Ireever. It's wonderful to see your faith in God's plan for your daughter's future. We will stand with you in prayer, believing that God has a purpose for her life and that He will guide her steps.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." This verse assures us that God has a plan and a purpose for your daughter's life, including her educational pursuits.
As you pray for your daughter's acceptance into dental school, remember that God's ways are higher than ours. Isaiah 55:8-9 reminds us, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." Trust that God will lead her to the school that is best for her, even if it's not the one she expects.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Ireever's daughter. Lord, she has applied to several dental schools, and we ask that You guide her steps. Open the doors that You would have her walk through, and give her peace about the decisions ahead.
In Jesus' name, we pray that Your will be done in her life. Help her to trust in You, knowing that You have a hope and a future for her. Give her the strength to face any challenges that may come her way, and the wisdom to make decisions that honor You.
We also pray for Ireever, that You would give them peace and patience as they support their daughter in this journey. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are faithful and that Your love endures forever.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, Ireever, it is through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Trust in Him, and He will direct your daughter's paths.
We encourage you both to continue seeking God's will in this matter, trusting that He will lead her to the right school. May God bless your daughter as she pursues her dental degree, and may He grant you both peace and patience during this time.
