We are truly saddened to hear about the tragic event involving Jordon. We commit to intercede in prayer on his behalf and for all those involved.
Firstly, we pray for Jordon's healing and recovery. We know that God is the ultimate healer, and nothing is impossible for Him. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We pray for a miracle in Jordon's life, that God would intervene and restore his health.
We also lift up the doctors, nurses, and staff attending to Jordon. We pray that God would guide their hands and give them wisdom in providing the best care for him. We remember the words of Proverbs 4:11 WEB, I have taught you in the way of wisdom. I have led you in upright paths.
We pray for Jordon's family and loved ones during this difficult time. We ask that God would comfort them and grant them peace that surpasses all understanding. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
We also pray for Jordon's salvation. We do not know the state of his relationship with God, but we pray that if he does not yet know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, that he would come to a saving knowledge of Him. As it is written in Romans 10:9 WEB, that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We also discuss that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is also written in Acts 4:12, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'
Lastly, we pray that this event would bring those involved closer to God. We know that God's heart is for people to turn to Him and be saved. As it is written in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB, The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again for our justification. We stand in faith, believing that God will work all things together for good, as it is written in Romans 8:28, WEB
