Let's urgently lift up Genesis
against spiritual warfare. "No weapon formed against you shall prosper" (Isa 54:17). Trust God's protection: "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge" (Ps 91:4). Praying for His intervention and peace. In Jesus' name!

Dear Lord,
I pray for healing in A + M's spiritual lives. It's a hard thing to understand when a child raised in the church is no longer convinced about your divinity + sacrifice for our sakes. It is so obvious to those of us who do believe.
If their eternal salvation were not at stake, I would not be so concerned. When you can't see the light, how can you know you're in darkness? I'm not sure if she even believes there's a God at all, or just a higher power. She knows something has to account for the miracles of creation, but can't see past that.
At any rate, you're in the business of miracles, + you know exactly what's going on. As you pursue them, please keep them surrounded by godly people who will reinforce biblical truths; help them to see your handiwork in creation + in their lives; remind them often of what cannot be explained by chance or evolution; and expose the works of darkness for what they are. May they reject all teachings with their origins in darkness!
Put strong Christians in their lives + inner circle. Send them plenty of kingdom connections to gently lead them back to you. Connect them to the two people from church you already put right in their neighborhood! I know they don't like the church I raised her in, so I ask that you find one for them!
May they hear the good news wherever they go. Please open their hearts + fill them with your Holy Spirit. May they see evidence of your existence wherever they go, + not be able to deny it. May they realize it is their responsibility to search for the truth + verify it for themselves; this life is the only time they have to do this. May they feel the urgency to investigate instead of just accepting what unbelievers say. I know you will keep pursuing them; may they never let their hearts be hardened + may they never willfully harden them on their own.
Keep them away from dangerous, ungodly people; dangerous situations; protect them from deceiving + being deceived; protect them from accidents, esp. disabling ones; from premature death, esp. in unbelief; from false teachings + false prophets; for accepting what the world declares as true + right, when the world loves breaking your laws; protect their hearts, souls, spirits, minds, bodies; keep them healthy in every way; protect their home, property + finances; shield their reputations, identities, credit, etc.
Protect their health d/t a private concern you + I have talked about. Add several extra measures of protection to their cells so they are not altered + they do not get cancer, autoimmune disease, or other horrific outcomes.
Protect my relationship with them so the lines of communication remain open + healthy. Help me to witness by my actions, since she does not want to talk about religion. Give me wisdom on how to speak to them, + help me to always act righteously + in love. May what I say be correctly perceived by her, + never misunderstood, + vice-versa.
Protect their safety, security, finances, reputations, careers, credit, livelihood, etc. Give them a mind + heart that yearns for your truth! May the lights of others shine forth so brightly they’ll realize you are God! And may they take responsibility to seek you so they may find you. May they want to read your word avidly…+ pray to you.
They don’t realize the eternal significance of the absence of saving faith. I know no one can come to the Father but by Jesus, + no one can come to Jesus unless the Father draws him. Please pull them to you like a magnet!
Please uproot any weeds choking the truth. Return good soil to the ground. Chase the vultures away.
