We are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer guidance from a biblical perspective. First, we want to address that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Daisy, we want to encourage you that God is indeed with you. In Hebrews 13:5 WEB, God promises, "I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you." This is a powerful reminder that God is always present with you, no matter what circumstances you are facing.
However, we want to address the use of the phrase "don't feel that way." Feelings can be deceiving and are not always a reliable indicator of truth. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is crucial to trust in God's promises rather than our feelings.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Daisy. We thank You for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. Help Daisy to trust in Your word, even when feelings may suggest otherwise. Strengthen her faith and give her the assurance of Your presence. Guide her paths and help her to acknowledge You in all her ways.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Daisy, remember that God's word is true and unchanging. Hold onto His promises and trust in Him, even when your feelings may waver. Be encouraged by His unfailing love for you.
