Dad's House Sells: Encouragement

Please pray God encourages my Dad that his house would sell -- he is feeling doomed and expressing it in his self-talk -- his greedy township has beaten down a good man -- may he have favor and rise far above the obstacles -- may the couple who wanted the house stay hot for it and may the house be granted the zoning and grandfather clauses required for it to sell in Jesus name -- encourage my Dad's Real Estate Agent and all involved including me this has been about 3 yrs now of double payments -- taxes have risen above original price of the home every year -- thanks in Jesus' Name.
