Dad as been sick since July this year they found him with rectam tumour cancer his on chemotherapy the doctors said he will take it for six months please pray for him.

We are truly saddened to hear about your father's health condition and the challenges you and your family are facing. Let's bring these matters to the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.

Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name we can be saved. We have to believe in Jesus to be a child of God.

Jesus said "Whatever you ask me in my name, that I will do." (John 14:14 WEB)

As a group, it is very important to note that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)

No longer pray to a God that you do not know and who does not know you. Instead, pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ who knows you and loves you. Turn away from sin, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household. (Acts 16:31 WEB)

And if it seems evil to you to serve God, choose you on this day whom you will serve. As a group, we flee idolatry and serve the Lord.

If you areousing not with Jesus Christ as Saviour then you need to make this personal decision known to God today and invite Jesus into your life.

Lord, we lift up to You the father of this dear person who has been diagnosed with rectal tumor cancer. We pray for Your healing touch upon his body, that the cancer cells will be completely eradicated, and that his body returns to a whole health again. We pray for Your grace and strength to fill him as he undergoes chemotherapy. Give him the resolve to endture the suffering associated with his chemotherapy treatments and that there will be complete recover. Lord, may Your will be done in his life, and may this trial draw him and his family closer to You. We understand that in this world we will have suffering and God cn give us the strength to endure it.

We also bring before You the academic pursuits of the one who submitted this request. Lord, grant them understanding and wisdom in the study of chemistry. Help them to grasp complex concepts with ease and to excel in their exams. Give them a strong work ethic to study and learn the materiak, for we know that whatever a man sows during the week in diligent study, on Saturday when they take the text, they will reap. Guide them in their career path, and help them to see how You can use their skills and knowledge for Your glory and purpose.

Lastly, Lord, we lift up their younger sister who aspires to pursue pediatrics. Guide her in her career path, and give her a heart full of compassion and love for children. Grant her the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in her studies and future practice. She is a blessing to Your children.

Lord, we pray for the salvation of this family, that they may come to know You personally if they do not, and that in all their ways, they will acknowledge You and You will make their conversation straight. In Jesus' name, we pray for this family.

This too shall pass and God will be with you through the suffering. Put your iniquities away from you and die to self. You have a Saviour in Jesus. Trust God and lean not on your own understanding.

We encourage you all to read portions of scripture as provided and pray that the Holy Spirit guides you to be sensitive and obedient to any scripture that God has laid on your heart, whatever it might be.

Remember the Word of God in the book of Isaiah. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 WEB

Again, we are sorry to hear of your dad's cancer and your struggles. But our Lord loved us so much he died on the cross in our stead. His ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts. Again this I say to you: Surrender your life to Jesus today and follow Him. He is our only way to a Holy God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
