d your 2 letters and I have responded to both of them, I need a prayer for me and my mom my mother is having trouble paying her rent she owes 12 thousand in rent, our housing management are not good people the reason why my mom stop paying rent is because every time my mother pays her rent they say they don’t receive the pay when they do. Now they are trying to evict us they said we have till August 3, 2024 to pay the 12 thousand we owe or they will evict us out. We are 6 days away from August 3rd and I’m very worried for what’s going to happen lord god help us Peter Popoff please help us and pray for us so we won’t be homeless, the housing management have asked us to write a letter to explain why we are not paying rent and I have have written a letter to the housing management and NYCHA Section 8 which is the voucher my mother has and I also include 20 photos in each letter photos of all the damages that is in the apartment we have been through so much please help us. I’m also trying to petition to file for citizenship for my mother I have reached the age 21 now and I would like to make my mom a US citizen and we have gotten a free lawyer who is willing to help us but every office she calls they’re is no availability please help us and payer for my prayer request I pray for a nice cheap 2 bedroom apartment , citizenship for my mom, more wealth and great health please hear my prayer thank you

Hello good morning I hope all is well. Sorry for the late response. I just needed a good time to respond to this message so just update you me and my mother have not been evicted on August 3. No one came at all to evict us at all. Praise God in Jesus I was really worried, but we have a postcard from the court, stating that our landlord has started a court case against us for the nonpayment of rent. So today on August 5, we have to go to the court right away to answer the landlord's papers. I was honestly worried because we were supposed to be evicted on August 3 but on August 2, we had received that postcard from the court we will go to the courts on August 5 and we have to bring the postcard with us. Hopefully everything goes well as well as our lawyer that is supposed to be helping us. She isn’t responding responding or calling back and when I call the agency number it goes to voicemail or there’s no one to pick up the call so also on August 5 we are going to our attorneys office to see if we can speak to her supervisor or if we can find our attorney on August 1, me and my mother had an appointment at NYCHA Section 8 the ladies that were there they were nice enough to help us. We told them our situation. She told us that the landlord cannot evict us just like that if we don’t have a court order yet and that time we hadn’t received the postcard from the court while we were there, I was able to fill out a new application for NYCHA Section 8 public housing I believe we’re on the waitlist but hopefully we get approved as well. I also explained to the lady that I had requested for a new section 8 voucher since my mother is disabled. She has a prosthesis leg. They gave us some documents that my mother‘s doctors need to fill out and then next appointment we have to come back is on August 28 with the documents, but my mother‘s doctors appointment go see the doctor is on September 11, so hopefully, they find a spacing so we’ll be able to bring the papers to the doctor so she can sign so we can bring it back before next appointment NYCHA this new transfer will allow us to find a two bedroom apartment and apartment on the lower floors or a building with elevator because right now me and my mother we share a one bedroom apartment so we sleep in the same room and I believe that I’m old enough now to have my own room and my mom is way old enough to have her own person in the space because she would like to also have her own room but it’s very hard to find an apartment this will be our third voucher transfer so hopefully this time we get the the section 8 voucher transfer quickly so we can find a new apartment and move out of this current one. We’re at on August 5. My mother wants to go to visit the lawyer office first I also think is a good idea. I hope that she is there and I hope that she’ll be able to help us with this case because I tried calling another attorney office to see if we can get a lawyer but since we already have on her case, they were not able to help us I was told that I will have to contact, the Lawyer supervisor in order to get a hold of her I sent her an email. I believe it was after work hours but I sent her the email again so it scheduled to send today at 10 AM so hopefully she sees it hopefully will go to the court office and the lawyer office. Hopefully we are granted with great people to help us , hopefully we find an earlier date for my mother’s doctor appointment so my mother‘s doctor can sign the documents stating that she is disabled and reasonable accommodation. She would need a lower floor or a two bedroom apartment due to her disability. Hopefully this new doctor she’s a good person because my mother requested her because the last doctor we had, he was not a good person. He refused to sign the papers because he said he didn’t have specialty in that area, but he didn’t even try to look or acknowledge my mom and hurt my mom because in order for my mother to get a new prosthesis like , her doctor has to examine her leg and also write a letters to my mother prosthesis doctor stating that she needs a new one, but this doctor refused so hopefully this new doctor she’ll be able to help my mother out hopefully will get it an appointment earlier before September 11, so they’ll be able to sign the papers hopefully everything goes well for us thank you very much for listening to me.
