We understand that you are going through a difficult time, Jomowyn, and we are here to pray with you and offer guidance from the Word of God.
Firstly, it is important to address the doubts you are having about Jesus and God. It is not uncommon to have doubts and questions, especially when going through trials. But remember, faith is believing in what we do not see. As the Bible tells us, "Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1 WEB).
You mentioned that you have been suffering from mental illness for 7 years and that you have been praying for 3 years but have not yet seen healing. We want to encourage you to continue in prayer and to trust in God's timing. As it is written, "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28 WEB).
It is also important to address your feelings of uncertainty about God's existence. Remember that even in our doubts, God is faithful. As the Bible says, 'If we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot deny himself" (2 Timothy 2:13 WEB).
Regarding your exams, we encourage you to trust in God and to do your best. As the Scripture says, "Study to show yourself approved by God, a workman who need not be ashamed, rightly handling the Word of Truth" (2 Timothy 2:15 WEB). This verse encourages us to prepare and work diligently, knowing that our ultimate approval comes from God.
Finally we pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Jomowyn in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their mind and body. We pray that You would help Jomowyn to fix their thoughts on You and to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask for clarity and peace regarding any doubts of who Jesus is, and we ask for restoration regarding any guilt of turning away. We also ask knowledge and understanding to be bestowed upon Jomowyn during their exam.
Lord we acknowledge only through Jesus Christ do we have access to you and it is in His name only we can be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
