We commend you for taking a stand and cutting ties with a friend who has become controlling, manipulative, and aggressive. It is wise to distance yourself from such influential negativity, as the Bible tells us, "Don't be deceived. 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'" (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB).
We also want to address the mention of demonic rituals. It is crucial to stay far from such practices, as the Bible warns, "But there was a certain man, named Simon, who used to practice sorcery in the city, and amazed the people of Samaria, making himself out to be some great one" (Acts 8:9 WEB). Engaging in or being associated with such activities can open doors to spiritual harm.
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has recently cut ties with a negative influence. We ask that you cleanse them with the precious blood of Jesus, protecting them from any retaliation or witchcraft attacks. 'For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds' (2 Corinthians 10:3-4 WEB).
Father, we thank you for giving them the wisdom not to reveal personal information. We ask that you continue to guide and protect them, surrounding them with a hedge of protection. May your light shine upon them, and may they find true, godly friendships that honor and glorify your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He is your protector and provider. Remember, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). Stay strong in your faith and seek the Lord's will in all your relationships. If you have not already, consider finding a community of believers who can support and uplift you as you journey through life.
