Thank you for sharing your prayer request with us. We join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life and circumstances.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can be saved.
We pray that God will guide you and your wife in His will concerning the vans and the property you mentioned. Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. It is important to be content and trust God in all circumstances, as Philippians 4:11-13 WEB reminds us: "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
We pray that God will indeed anoint you to preach, pray, prophesy, and play instruments for His glory. Remember, God gives spiritual gifts to believers for the common good and to build up the body of Christ, as seen in 1 Corinthians 12:7 WEB: "But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all."
Concerning your health, we pray for a successful and speedy recovery from your hip replacement surgery. Trust in God's healing power, as seen in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB: "'For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh."
Lastly, we want to remind you that God's blessings are not always material or physical. True blessings come from a right relationship with God and spiritual growth. As Jesus taught in Matthew 6:33 WEB: "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother and his wife. Lord, guide them in Your will concerning their needs and desires. Anoint our brother to serve You in the capacities he mentioned, for Your glory alone. We claim Your healing promises for his upcoming surgery. In all things, Lord, help them to trust You, to be content, and to seek Your kingdom first. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
